LOCAL MVP · EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 11, 2026
Terms of Service
These local-MVP terms state the current use boundaries. Governing-law, operator, liability, and public-provider language requires Legal and Owner review before any public release. No payment, subscription, or refund terms apply to this build.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to follow these terms.
Your media and permissions
Choose only media that you own or have permission to copy, process, export, publish, and otherwise use. You remain responsible for the rights needed for your media and intended use.
Prohibited uses
- Do not process pirated or unauthorized copyrighted media.
- Do not bypass DRM, access controls, or platform protections.
- Do not use this tool to scrape or download media from external platforms.
- Do not use a result for impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal surveillance, infringement, or other unlawful conduct.
No transfer or clearance of rights
Using this tool does not transfer your existing rights to the site operator. Processing does not make an input or result copyright-free, royalty-free, cleared, or safe for commercial use.
Result and compatibility limits
Results can leave music, remove wanted sound, add artifacts, or create sync issues. Browsers, formats, models, devices, and features can change. Unsupported, unavailable, unsafe, or unlicensed processing may be refused.
Local processing and device responsibility
The current frontend keeps selected-file handling in the browser and provides no media upload endpoint. Its local test mode simulates states and produces no real result. Local handling is not an absolute privacy or device-security guarantee.
Service availability
This local MVP is provided for internal evaluation. It does not promise public availability, uninterrupted operation, a particular result, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Contact and rights reports
Questions about these terms or reports about site-owned content can be sent to support@removebackgroundmusic.com. Do not attach original media unless a separately approved secure process is provided.
